Working under the guidance of a skilled Service Technician, you'll tackle a variety of repairs, maintenance, inspections, and other roofing-related services across Florida. As a vital member of our team, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our exceptional safety standards. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Tampa office are necessary for this position.

✅ Prioritize jobsite safety and maintain safe work habits

✅ Complete scheduled work repairs alongside your Service Technician

✅ Address leaks and problem areas on commercial roofs

✅ Provide professional customer interaction at all times

✅ Communicate quickly and accurately with our Service Department admin team

✅ Extensively document repairs and damages through photographs

✅ Perform other tasks as assigned by management

✅ Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Standing Seam, Coating, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems (preferred)

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb a 40’+ ladder

✅ Pass an initial pre-employment drug screening
