• Develop and manage bids/proposals from start to finish
• Review project drawings and specifications like a pro
• Communicate estimating scopes & plans effectively
• Master project estimates, budgets, proposals, and take-offs
• Create & manage pre-construction submittal packages
• Oversee materials purchases and project work orders
• Collaborate with a team to guide projects to success

We're searching for a candidate with a solid background in commercial construction, estimation, plans and specification reading, and submittal preparation. Your commercial roofing experience will be indispensable, as will any experience in sales or sales-related fields. If you've got experience in Estimating or Project Management, we can't wait to hear from you. Of course, we'll need you to pass a background check, drugscreening, and have a valid driver's license.
