What You’ll Do

  • Capture incoming service requests and open clean work orders.
  • Route jobs to the right Service Team Leader or Crew Leader and coordinate schedules.
  • Keep customers updated from intake to closeout.
  • QC job notes, photos, labor, and materials so billing is accurate.
  • Send invoices promptly and document follow ups to keep cash moving.
  • Support proposals and track follow ups so opportunities close.
  • Join weekly huddles to align on schedule, invoicing, and collections.

    What It Takes

  • Strong communicator with tight follow through and urgency.
  • Comfortable working in business software and documented processes.
  • Detail driven, organized, steady under pressure.
  • 2+ years of office or customer service experience.
  • High school diploma required. Associate’s in business or office management is a plus.
  • Bonus if you’ve touched construction or service trades, invoicing, or A/R.
