✅ Manage project contracts, permits, and notices

✅ Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare submittals,purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.

✅ Coordinate warranty notices, inspection requests, and permitting documents.

✅ Prepare work orders and input sheets.

✅ Assist with AIA invoicing, ensuring timely submission and receipt.

✅ Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices.

✅ Review and reconcile project job costs.

✅ Maintain organized digital and hard copy jobfiles.
