As a Service Team Leader, you will own outcomes, not tasks. You will:

• Manage service accounts
• Generate sales and workload for the service crews through repairs, maintenance, and add-on scopes
• Build pricing and proposals
• Coordinate work with the service team to keep schedules, documentation, and execution clean
• Track performance metrics and use them to drive improvement
• Capture long-term value by converting project customers into maintenance relationships

This role is for experienced commercial roofing leaders with sales ability. You’re a fit if you:

• Have a strong commercial roofing background and understand field operations
• Have a proven record as a foreman (or similar leadership role) and can run work responsibly
• Can speak confidently with property managers, owners, and general contractors
• Can sell, meaning you can identify scope, price it cleanly, explain it clearly, and close it
• Can prioritize fast and keep multiple accounts moving without letting details slip
• Are comfortable with frequent site visits and the physical realities of commercial rooftops
• Have a valid driver’s license and can remain insurable under company auto policies
• Read and write English clearly (basic Spanish is a plus)
