As the mastermind behind our sheet metal projects, you'll supervise and assist in the construction and installation of gutters, flashings, downspouts, drip edges, and more across beautiful Florida. You and your crew will leave your mark on some of the state's most renowned buildings, knowing you contributed to their impressive finishes. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary for this position.

✅ Lead and supervise your talented team on site

✅ Install metal roofing products with precision and efficiency

✅ Manage equipment, materials, and jobsite setup and cleanup

✅ Uphold exceptional jobsite safety & teamwork standards

✅ Read project plans and work orders with ease

✅ Recruit and train skilled laborers and other personnel

✅ Work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Seize opportunities for overtime, night-pay, weekends, etc.

✅ Tackle other tasks assigned by Foreman/Superintendent or management

✅ Experience with Sheet Metal, Single-Ply roofing, BUR/Modified roofing, Standing Seam, Coating, or other metal/commercial roofing systems

✅ Knowledge of metal fabrication, roofing, construction, or a related field

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb a 40’+ ladder

✅ Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation to job sites

✅ Proficient operation of various power tools and construction equipment

✅ Pass an initial pre-employment drug screening

✅ Basic English skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) a huge plus!
