As an invaluable asset to our sales & project management team, you'll carry out various services that ensure our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties include utilizing RAMCON techniques and standards to provide precise measurements, photographs, core sampling, and more to guarantee accurate pricing and project quality. Your expertise in roofing and construction will be vital to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roofing, take pride in their work, demonstrate outstanding communication skills, and represent our company professionally.

✅ Perform building assessments for roof bid and proposal preparation

✅ Upload analysis reports, measured data, photographs, and other work to online portals

✅ Assist other departments with your experience and expertise when needed

✅ Uphold exceptional job site safety and teamwork standards

✅ Represent RAMCON professionally and with pride

✅ Seize opportunities for overtime, night-pay, weekends, etc.

✅ Tackle other tasks assigned by your Service Account Manager or management

✅ Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Standing Seam, Coating, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems

✅ 5+ years of knowledge in commercial roofing and construction

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb a 40’+ ladder

✅ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

✅ Strong customer service skills

✅ Valid Driver’s License

✅ Proficient operation of various power tools and construction equipment

✅ Pass an initial pre-employment drug screening

✅ Comfortable with basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Dataforma)

✅ Basic English skills, bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus!
